October 19, 2002 was a day to write about in your Family of Eagles diary.

What an incredible day.  The company hosted a full house at the Mansion on the Hill in Cedar Hill, Texas.  The day distinguished itself by a group of people with a desire to succeed so strong it resulted in an atmosphere so thick with optimism you could have cut it with a knife.

Sales Representatives came from all over the United States and Mexico.  It was amazing to see when those who had been with the company from 1995 were asked to stand, then 1996, then 1997 and so forth; every year was represented.

The President of Family of Eagles, Jerry O'Steen drew a line in the sand as he spoke of his continued commitment to provide a vehicle for the 97% (who make less than $100,000 a year) to move from their present financial standing into the 3% group.  It was vintage Family of Eagles mission statement message.

The company introduced an interim video to help jump start everyone's business.  The video features Jeff McKinley doing a white board presentation, Jerry O'Steen doing an interview with John Criswell, and the Family of Eagles web movie.  The video was overwhelmingly embraced by the audience and quickly sold out.

There was training, testimonies, food and unbelievable fun.

If you sponsor is inactive and you are not receiving help or contact from your upline email us at  support@famofeagles.com.  Include information of the last time your sponsor or upline contacted you about your business.

Online Sign Up policies:
1. You will be able to go online and sign up as a Sales Representative and start placing people in your downline.
2. A person will be able to make a purchase online and be placed into your organization online.
3. Payment will not be able to be made online.  Payment must be made in U.S. currency in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
4. The day the order is made is its processing date.  From the day of the sale the money must arrive at the company within 3 days of the purchase. 
5.If the order is not received within the 3 day time period, the tracking center/s created by that sale will be turned off permanently.
6. Should a person not meet the 3 day deadline they will have to create new tracking centers with new placement information and fall under the same 3 day rule.
7. Business Day ends at 5:00 PM Central Time.  Anything that is done online after 5:00 PM Central Time will be on the next day's business.
8. Example of the 3 day rule:
Make an order on Monday - your 3 days would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Make an order on Tuesday - your 3 days would be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Make an order on Wednesday - your 3 days would be Thursday, Friday, Monday.
Make an order on Thursday - your 3 days would be Friday, Monday, Tuesday.
Make an order on Friday - your 3 days would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Make an order on Saturday - your 3 days would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Make an order on Sunday - your 3 days would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

    (2.) The Preferred Discount Card's $260

    If a person chooses to buy both the "American Eagle 50 State Flags Collection." gold coin set and the Preferred Discount Card in the same purchase the bundled package will be $500.00. If a customer buys the bundled package they save $260 off the regular retail price.  A customer may choose to make a partial payment of $200 toward this bundled set. The balance of the $300 is to be paid off within 12 months of purchase. This partial payment process may be understood like the common use of the well known television flex pay program. You pay the first payment and you get the Preferred Discount Card portion of the package and you can pay the balance anytime during the next year. With your partial payment you secured the bundle price with its savings and the Preferred Discount Card is immediately sent to you. The first eight collectible "American Eagle 50 State Flags Collection" gold coins portion is shipped when you complete your full balance.

    If a partial payment is made by a customer they will receive the Preferred Discount Card in advance even though they have not paid in full for the discounted bundled Wealth Building Package. If for any reason a customer is unable to payoff their $300 unpaid balance the Preferred Discount Card will be deemed the product purchased in full by the customer. If a customer is unwilling to abide by these partial payment terms then that customer must pay in full for their discounted bundled Wealth Building Package.

    If a Sales Representative should make a partial payment purchase from the company he may declare his first commission to be used to payoff his balance. The Sales Representative commission for Step One (1) is $150. This will give a Sales Representative an additional discount by using one of his $150.00 commissions to payoff his $300 balance for only $150 with one of his earned commission checks.

Watch that first Step it is a really big one!
In our Compensation Plan, Step One pays a $150.00 commission.  If a sales representative has an outstanding partial payment balance with the company he can elect to use one of his $150 commission checks to pay off the existing balance.  This can only be done with an earned commission check.  If a sales representative has not earned a commission check and he chooses to pay off his existing partial payment he will have to pay the $300.00 balance.  When a sales representative earns a Step One check and has an outstanding balance with the company he may elect to (1) take the $200 commission check (2) pay off the partial payment and receive the gold coin portion of the Wealth Building Package. 
  
These elections must be made by the sales representative in advance of processing and shipping.  If no election is made the company will default to the American Eagle 50 State Flags Collection and its first 10 flag shipment.

The Binary Compensation Plan is powerful because of its simplicity and its fast rewarding of commissioned sales people.  It is easy to explain and it is easy to understand.  It is as simple an explanation as:  you have two sales groups helping you earn your commissions, one group makes up the left side and the other group the right side.  Commissions are paid on the combined sales of the sales rep and his two organizations.  Having two organizations helping the sales rep (group leader) meet his sales volume requirement for commissions greatly enhances his ability to earn quick commissions.  Because of these two factors, the Binary Compensation Plan is the choice of compensating our sales representatives.

The alternative method is direct selling by yourself.  If you feel it is easier to make all the sales by yourself and not be credited with the sales of others in your two organizations, then you would prefer direct selling.
